Newsletter Regulations
1. This Newsletter Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") specify the rules for using the Newsletter service.
2. The Newsletter service is provided by DOM 3E S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Rondo Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych 1, 00-124 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000833770, REGON 385864937, hereinafter referred to as "DOM 3E."

4. To use the Newsletter service, access to the Internet and having an email address is necessary, while meeting specific technical requirements beyond having a standard operating system and a standard web browser is not necessary.
5. As part of the Newsletter service, information in the form of an electronic letter (email), hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter," is sent by DOM 3E via email to the email address provided by the User.
6. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge indefinitely.
7. Ordering the Newsletter service is done by the user through the following registration steps on the website https://www.dom3e.com: – providing the user's email address in the form on the website, –giving consent to receive commercial information to the provided email address in the form (email), – accepting these Regulations and Privacy Policy.
8. After completing the actions related to ordering the Newsletter service and clicking the registration link for the Newsletter service, the email address is added to the list, and DOM 3E begins providing the Newsletter service to the registered user.
9. Individual messages sent as part of the Newsletter service are copyrighted works and are protected by the provisions of copyright law. Any copying, modification, or use contrary to the intended purpose or without the consent of the service provider may constitute a violation of the law.
10. DOM 3E may suspend or terminate the provision of the Newsletter service after prior notification to customers at the email addresses provided by them.
11. The administrator of personal data of users provided in connection with the use of the Newsletter service is DOM 3E S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw at Rondo Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych 1, 00-124 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000833770, REGON 385864937.
12. Personal data is processed by DOM 3E in accordance with the law, in particular, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
13. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Newsletter service (informing about DOM 3E products, services, and activities).
14. Providing personal data by the user and consenting to their processing is voluntary, but providing an email address is necessary for the provision of the Newsletter service.
15. Personal data is stored until the withdrawal of consent to receive the Newsletter service. After this period, based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
16. DOM 3E ensures that individuals whose personal data is processed have the right to exercise rights arising from the law, including the right to access their personal data, correct, change, delete, or transfer them, as well as the right to request the restriction of personal data processing and to object to such processing on the terms specified by applicable regulations. Each person whose data is processed also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
17. In matters concerning the processing of personal data reported during the provision of the Newsletter service not regulated in the Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy apply.
18. Complaints regarding the Newsletter service should be submitted to the email address ko*****@do***.com or by mail directly to the address of DOM 3E.
19. In the complaint, it is necessary to provide the data of the person submitting the complaint, necessary to send information about the result of considering the complaint, as well as a description of the irregularities in the Newsletter service and expectations regarding the resolution of the complaint.
20. The Service Operator considers the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
21. Changes to the Regulations come into force on the date specified along with information about its change, but not earlier than 14 calendar days from the date of informing about the changes to the Regulations, with the reservation that the amended Regulations will bind the user if, within 14 days from the date of receiving information about its change, the user does not declare resignation from the Newsletter service in case of non-acceptance of the new content of the Regulations.
